Dr. Yancoskie is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Midtown Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology is where he practices the clinical aspects of the specialty. In addition to his private practice in Manhattan, he is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, a full-time Associate Professor, and the Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at Touro College of Dental Medicine, as well as an attending pathologist at Westchester Medical Center. He is also appointed as an adjunct professor in the Department of Pathology at New York Medical College.

Dr. Yancoskie graduated from NYU College of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Honors in Oral Medicine and Pathology. He received his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at Long Island Jewish Hospital (a member of the Northwell Health System) where he completed a 3-year residency. During residency Dr. Yancoskie served as chief resident, received multiple research grants and published in the scientific literature.

Dr. Yancoskie’s research interest is in the area of molecular characterization of head and neck neoplasia. He holds fellow status with the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, is a Leadership Fellow of the American Dental Education Association and is a member of both the American Dental and the NY State Dental Associations.
